4. Returns
At MUDG, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer returns on all EU orders.
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Condition of Items: Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date, with only one return allowed per order.
Initiating a Return: Reach out to our support to obtain the return address and initiate the return process.
Return Responsibility: As part of our commitment to sustainability, we do not cover any shipping costs associated with returns. MUDG is not liable for any lost, damaged, or similar occurrences during the return transit. Customers are responsible for the full cost and logistics of returning the order.
Exchange Policy: Currently, we do not offer exchanges; only full refunds are provided for returned items.
Prepaid Return Label for Swedish Customers: Swedish customers are eligible for a prepaid return label.

Non-Compliant Returns: If the returned item does not meet the requirements, we will offer to send it back to the buyer at our expense. Local shoppers may opt to physically pick up the package.
